New Delhi: “The violence being perpetrated in the country under the cover of so-called protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) is becoming unbearable!” said Milind Parande, International Secretary General of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. Expressing his strong retort to these ill-advised and misplaced protests, he said, whereas on the one hand deadly attacks are being mounted openly on Hindus in places like Lohardaga in Jharkhand, on the other, the National Capital Delhi is also not free from sadistic aggressive activities. Due to these so-called protests, not only the arterial roads and parks in the capital city are being encroached upon and occupied but in the Muslim majority areas also the life of non-Muslims/Hindus has become a nightmare. He also said that the Parliamentary Act which has nothing to do with any Indian citizen of any community whatsoever, but in its name, the Congress Party and some other political parties which survive on appeasement of Muslim vote bank and also the anti-India tukde-tukde gang are engaged in misinforming, misguiding and confusing the people and this evil game against the country and the constitution must be stopped forthwith and action taken against such elements.
Yesterday morning, in Lohardaga town in Jharkhand, the local Hindu society was taking out a peaceful rally in support of CAA and human rights of the Hindu victims from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan (most of whom are SC/ST men, women and chidren, who were religiously persecuted and victimized by Jihadi Dar-ul-Islamists in the said countries), when deadly attacks were mounted on them, and this has again proved that with the change of government how quickly the Jihadi mindset turns fatally aggressive on Hindus. Expressing deep sorrow on the merciless killings of the tribal brethren in Jharkhand itself on protests against Patthalgarhi, he said that it is the consequence of dangerous apathy of the Congress-supported alliance Government against Hindus. The VHP Secretary General, with a strong warning to the Congress-supported Hemant Soren Government of Jharkhand, said that it should immediately arrest the attackers and Jihadists and give them exemplary punishment and also make all necessary arrangements for the security, medical treatment and adequate compensation for the loss of life and property of victims.
Referring to the Shaheenbagh and Khurej incidents in Delhi, Sri Parande said that on the one hand at Shaheenbagh the arterial roads linking Delhi with Uttar Pradesh have been blocked to public for the last over one month by anti-CAA protestors misguided by vested interests who are also raising anti-national and anti-Hindu slogans, and on the other in Khurej the stone-pelters are damaging the Vivekananda Ashram and in the nearby DDA Park on Government land a Mosque construction effort is on. These activities must also be stopped forthwith!
