Jalandhar. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Punjab has strongly reacted to the issue of demolition of the Temple of Shri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj in Tughlakabad, Delhi. Sanghchalak of RSS Punjab, Sardar Brij Bhushan Singh Bedi stated that demolition of Shri Guru Ravidas ji Maharaj Temple, which is honourable to Hindus & is worshipped by the Hindu society, is extremely painful and unacceptable.
He also stated that in the name of decision of the court, hurting the sentiments of devotees and without considering any other option acceptable to the devotees, demolition of an ancient and historical temple is a threat to unity and peace of society.
Considering sentiments of billions of Hindus, he appealed the Government of Delhi and Central Government to form a high level committee to take all necessary action in order to relieve devotees from this painful situation.
